During my lockdown time in the studio, I desperately needed to do something positive, productive, and meaningful. I kept thinking we were going to come out of this mess stronger and better, and I thought the phoenix was the perfect subject to use as a metaphor. From the Flames was born with hope for the future and the chance to rejuvenate and reinvent ourselves going forward.
